Introduction
The High-Throughput Screening Core maintains a diverse collection of more than 113,000 compounds available for screening. The collection includes broad chemical diversity libraries as well as focused and annotated libraries targeting specific pathways, protein families, and biological processes. Libraries can be screened individually or combined to support a range of discovery strategies, from unbiased phenotypic screening to target- and pathway-focused studies.
The core can assist investigators in selecting libraries that best align with their assay, biological question, and screening goals.
